Pablo Sarabia is ready to leave Sevilla this summer.

The midfielder has turned down a new contract offer, with a year to run on his current deal.

And with a buyout clause of just €18-22m - depending on the timing of his sale - Sarabia is emerging as one of the hottest transfer properties in Europe.

For his part, reports Muchodeporte, Sarabia will wait for an offer from former club Real Madrid.

The Spain international came through the system at Real and was given a first team debut by Jose Mourinho.
