Santos vice-president Odilio Rodrigues says terms are being discussed with AC Milan for Robinho.

Santos have been attempting to close a deal since January.

"Initially Milan asked us for €10m, a request we cannot satisfy," said Rodrigues.

"We are evaluating the new situation and thinking about a three-year contract for the player. We know the fans want Robinho back and we intend to make them happy."
