Sandro feels Tottenham can benefit from manager Tim Sherwood taking a seat in the stands.

Sherwood did so for their improved performance against Europa League opponents Benfica.

Sandro said: "Yes, it was (quieter). In another way it is good also: when Tim went he comes into the dressing room (at half-time) he could say something as he could see it from the top.

"He said it as he saw it. I'm sure it helps."
