San Jose Earthquakes have confirmed the departure of defender Brandon Barklage.
The Californian club mutually parted ways with the 28-year old on Wednesday after he initially arrived via the Re-Entry Draft ahead of the 2014 MLS season.
Former DC United and New York Red Bulls man Barklage made 13 appearances for the Quakes last term to take his MLS tally to 69 regular season appearances.
