The Daily Mail reports that Stoke City and Southampton are monitoring Sampdoria striker Stefano Okaka.
25-year old Okaka has scored four goals and provided two assists for Sampdoria this season which has alerted the interest of the Potters and Saints who have linked with possible transfer bids during the summer transfer window.
Okaka has previously played in the Premier League during a loan spell with Fulham under Roy Hodgson during the 2010-11 campaign. He scored two league goals for the Cottagers during this spell at Craven Cottage.
The Italy international scored his only goal for the Azzurri in his debut last year against Albania and has previously spent time at Roma, Bari and Parma among other clubs.
