Olympique Marseille midfielder Andre Ayew is eyeing a move to Italy.

Off contract in June, Ayew's father, Abedi Pele, and his agents were in Italy this week for talks with interested clubs.

Sportmediaset says Sampdoria have come forward with a contract offer for the Ghana international to consider.

Inter Milan, Napoli and Roma have also been in contact with Ayew's camp.

The attacker, meanwhile, has spoken of an ambition to play for Liverpool next season.
