Sampdoria have informed Arsenal they're close to reaching a price for Dennis Praet and Joachim Andersen.

Tuttosport says Arsenal and Spurs are both interested in the pair.

However, Arsenal are regarded as favourites for the duo after failing with two offers since the end of last season.

Samp are seeking €60m for the pair, with Praet rated at €25m and Andersen at €35m.

The Gunners will return with a new offer once they find buyers for their fringe players. Samp's €60m price is a clear €10m more than the summer budget Arsenal are currently working to.
