Salernitana veteran Franck Ribery has been offered to Brazil's Ceara.

Robinson de Castro, the President of Ceara SC, has confirmed Ribery was offered to them by agents.

“They called me yesterday and offered me the chance to sign Ribery," said the Ceara chief.

“I didn't even know he was still playing."

Castro was asked if he would be interested in signing Ribery.

“I don't know," he replied.
