Salamanca hope to learn by Friday who Arsenal will be sending them on-loan this season.
The Spanish Segunda Liga club had Gunners striker Carlos Vela on-loan last season and a Salamanca spokesman said: "We will take an attacking player, who will be better than the Mexican Carlos Vela."
