French club Saint-Etienne are reportedly showing significant interest in Morgan Amalfitano.

According to the Daily Mirror, the West Ham United midfielder is wanted by Les Verts after having a fallout with Hammers boss Slaven Bilic.

It is believed that Amalfitano, 30, has been ordered to train with West Ham's U21s at Rush Green following a bust-up with Bilic regarding his future in East London.

The news has alerted Saint-Etienne, who know the player well from his time in Ligue 1 with Lorient and Marseille, and it is believed they could soon make a bid with West Ham willing to listen to offers for the former West Bromwich Albion loanee.
