Former AC Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi has slammed Inter's summer market work - and their pursuit of Porto ace Ricardo Quaresma.
"When he has a good day he will cause problems for other players, but often he doesn't make the difference.
"When he was young he seemed like a champion, but now he is an ordinary player."
Sacchi concluded with criticism for Inter's summer transfer policy in general.
"Inter's transfers hardly seem to have generated enthusiasm," he sniped.
"Amantino Mancini and Sulley Muntari don't seem to excite people. The Nerazzurri are still favourites for the Scudetto but I don't think they have improved on last season."
