Former Real Madrid GM Arrigo Sacchi says Sergio Ramos lacks maturity.

Sacchi, who worked for president Florentino Perez during his previous reign, commented on defender Ramos' current form.

"Sergio has incredible qualities, but is not always attentive, he seems to be more interested in looking good than being a footballer. He lacks maturity," said Sacchi.

On Guti, Sacchi added: "He's a talented kid, but lacks maturity."
