Former AC Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi has hailed the emergence of Lazio this season.

But Sacchi also had advice for their president, Claudio Lotito.

"Lazio are the big surprise of the season, if [Claudio] Lotito talked less they would be perfect.

"The President and Igli Tare have done some great work over the last few years, spending very little to achieve great results."
