Bayern Munich president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has rejected reports Mario Gotze will be sold this summer.
Gotze has been linked with a sale at the end of this season after criticism from club legend Franz Beckenbauer.
The midfielder's on-field attitude has drawn ire from critics and sparked the interest of Arsenal and Manchester City.
But Rummenigge insists: "He has a contract with us. And I do not know anything about his advisers offering him to another club."
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is understood to have made a tentative enquiry for Gotze last week.
