Bayern Munich supremo Karl-Heinz Rummenigge admits Franck Ribery could've been sold to Chelsea for a world record fee.
Rummenigge says they're proud to have resisted Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich's attempts in 2008.
"We could've made great box office, because we had an offer from Chelsea on the table, it was insane for that time," recalled Rummenigge.
"It was the right decision, not for him to leave, because since then everyone has understood that Bayern Munich do not sell, we're only a buying club."
