Real Salt Lake have signed forward Benji Lopez to a Homegrown Player deal.

The MLS club has confirmed that the 18-year old RSL-Arizona academy graduate has signed his first professional contract.

Lopez is a San Diego native who has played with the USA U18 national team and has been signed following the departure of David Viana.
