Barcelona president candidate Sandro Rosell has warned Arsenal he won't break the bank to bring Cesc Fabregas to the Nou Camp.
Arsenal have already rejected one offer of £29 million from Barca for Cesc.
"To pay 60-70 million [£49m - £58m] which is what I am reading, is too much," Rosell told Marca newspaper.
The former Barca vice-president Rosell admits they face a battle with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger to convince him to sell.
"He's an old cat [Wenger], he knows a lot and is quite capable of protecting his club," he added.
"I know him. He's not a bad negotiator and won't be easy to convince."
