West Bromwich Albion claimed a 2-1 pre-season friendly win over Dutch Eredivisie club Vitesse on Thursday. and Callum McManaman.

Venezuelan striker Samuel Rondon opened the scoring for the Baggies in the first half of the Fox Sports Cup game at the GelreDome.

However, they were pegged back when Nathan de Souza equalised for the Dutch side in the second half.

Winger McManaman restored the lead for Tony Pulis' side, 20 minutes from time, with a cracking shot from just inside the box.

Albion next take on Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven on Saturday and a win would see them take out the pre-season tournament.
