AC Milan have seen off competition from Juventus to secure a verbal agreement with Roma defender Matteo Ferrari for next season.

Ferrari is off contract in June and talks over a new deal with Roma have stalled.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Ferrari has already agreed terms on a four-year contract with Milan and will move to the San Siro on a Bosman at the end of this season.
