Glen Johnson admits he has not yet opened talks with Liverpool regarding a new deal.
The 30-year old defender's current deal at Anfield expires at the end of the season making him free to talk to clubs abroad such as AS Roma who are showing interest.
Johnson has hinted at a possible move away from England but says no decision will be made until the summer.
"No talks. At this point I have no idea (where I will be next season)," said Johnson.
"I haven't thought about it. It would be great for the kids to go abroad but I am not thinking about yet as we have two months left here and I'll think about it after that.
"We will have to wait and see."
