Roma striker Luca Toni is upset abut his calf injury.

Toni pulled up suddenly just three minutes into Saturday night's 2-1 win at Juventus and limped off to make way for Francesco Totti.

"I have never suffered an injury in that muscle before," he told journalists as he travelled back to Rome.

"I thought someone had kicked me, but I turned around and there was nobody nearby.

"That's when I got scared. It felt like getting hit by a rock."
