Roma striker Stephan El Shaarawy admits injuries for Gini Wijnaldum and Nicolo Zaniolo is a blow.
Zaniolo suffered a dislocated shoulder in victory over Cremonese last night.
El Shaarawy said: "We created a lot in the first half, we could achieve but the important thing was to find the three points. The two goals came from a midfielder and a defender in these two games, but the important thing is to create and win.
"Let's start from these two goals and the positive things: 6 points and zero goals conceded. We all gather around Wijnaldum, we saw him come out of training in tears and it's a shame because he had a great desire to play.
"It's a great loss, but we're waiting for it and now let's see what Nicolò's exams say."
It's been announced Zaniolo is set to miss 3-4 weeks.
