AS Roma striker Fabio Borini could be out for two months.

The former Chelsea and Swansea City striker, who had to be replaced after just 38 minutes of Saturday's 3-2 defeat against AC Milan, has picked up a thigh muscle strain.

Borini will undergo further tests on Monday, but it is being suggested that he will be sidelined for as long as eight weeks.
