AS Roma are ready to sell Tin Jedvaj.

The Croatia international is on-loan with Bayer Leverkusen this season and the Germans are keen to sign him permanently.

Sky Italia says Roma chief Walter Sabatini will be in Milan today for talks with Bayer officials over Jedvaj.

Bayer hope to do business for €8 million - which is understood to be an acceptable valuation for Roma.

If a deal can be struck, Roma will seek to use the cash raised to boost Rudi Garcia's squad as they chase down Serie A leaders in the second-half of the season.
