Parma and Sassuolo are both keen on AS Roma transfer target Tonny Sanabria.
Roma are expected to complete the signing of the Barcelona B striker before next week's deadline.
The Giallorossi are set to send Sanabria away on-loan for the remainder of the season and Parma are understood to be ahead of Sassuolo in the battle for his services.
