AS Roma's new owners have concerns Daniele De Rossi's head has been turned by Chelsea.
La Republicca says one of the first tasks for the new board is to secure De Rossi to a new contract - which won't be easy with his reps in contact with Chelsea and Real Madrid.
Real intermediary Enzo Bronzetti insists they're not interested in the Italy ace.
However, that won't give Chelsea a clear run at De Rossi, with Manchester United chief scout Martin Ferguson having twice made personal checks on the midfielder in the last month.
De Rossi wants Roma's new owners to prove their ambitions before he considers inking any contract extension.
