Roma have made a bid for Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren.

The Italian giants want to take the defender on loan with an obligation to buy at the end of the season.

Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira tweeted: “Summit among the agents of #Lovren and Petrachi.

“There #Roma offered a loan (€ 2 million) with right of redemption (€ 16 million) and which can become an obligation to achieve total attendance.

“#Liverpool wants €20M, but opened to the possible sale."
