AS Roma director Mauro Baldissoni has played down the benching of Marco Borriello.
Borriello was benched for their clash with Hellas Verona.
"Borriello on the bench? Coach Rudi Garcia made his choices and the transfer market has nothing to do with those," said Baldissoni.
