Roma defender Chris Smalling was coy last night over his future with Manchester United.
The England international is on a straight season-long loan with Roma, which are keen to negotiate a permanent deal with United.
After defeat to Juventus last night, Smalling declared: "My focus today is only on the season and on being successful, which means reaching the top four and giving the club a trophy. For this reason, right now I only think about recovering better for Sunday (against Lazio)."
Smalling was also asked about former United teammate Ashley Young joining Inter Milan.
He added: "I sent him a message, wishing him the best of luck."
