AS Roma coach Zdenek Zeman hailed the influence of Miralem Pjanic in victory over Siena.

With Daniele De Rossi suspended and Pablo Daniel Osvaldo injured, Zeman surprisingly placed Pjanic on the right side of a trident attack.

"Pjanic did well, as he wasn't accustomed to playing in the penalty area, but he adapted very well.

"I was also satisfied with the work from Panagiotis Tachtsidis. Francesco Totti put in a great performance, but I am certainly not the first to discover he has remarkable quality.

"The midfielders pushed forward well and in the second half we made the most of the wings."
