Roma coach Luciano Spalletti is eager to close a deal for released Inter Milan striker Julio Cruz.

Cruz also is wanted by Napoli, but Spalletti says: "Cruz is strong and complete. We are interested, but we have to keep our figures in check.

"If he is within our budget it's okay, otherwise it's not going to happen."
