AS Roma chief Mauro Baldissoni admits they're haggling with Cagliari over a price for Radja Nainggolan.
The midfielder, who is co-owned by Cagliari, admitted this week the chances of him staying were "50-50".
Baldissoni said: "Nainggolan? These are talks that, as you know, will be resolved in June, the time for the resolution of player co-ownership.
"There is obviously ongoing dialogue to seek a solution that is cost-effective as soon as possible."
Nainggolan has been linked with Manchester United and Liverpool this week.
