AS Roma chief Franco Baldini has played down Pablo Daniel Osvaldo's latest touchline strop.

Osvaldo was clearly disappointed with the decision to have him replaced during the second half of the 1-1 draw with Juventus.

"His reaction represented the desire to battle for Roma," the former England official told Sky Sport Italia.

"His arrival was met with a lot of scepticism, but he is instead offering us a lot of satisfaction in his performances.

"The incident last night should be read as an example of someone who really wanted to win the game against Juventus."
