AS Roma captain Francesco Totti has urged fans not to abandon them.

The Curva Sud have been critical of Roma's players in recent weeks.

Totti remarked: "I hope they understand the moment we are in.

"I know the love they feel for us, but we go on to the pitch to always have our say and try to make them happy as well as us."
