Rudi Garcia sees his AS Roma job as a long-term prospect.
He celebrated his 50th birthday during the week and received messages of congratulations from the likes of President James Pallotta and midfielder Daniele De Rossi.
"I was particularly struck by the message from Daniele, which was a beautiful message," said the French coach.
"I also hope to spend a long time here in Trigoria and when there is a new training centre, I am happy here, I have the will to win here and to bring trophies to Roma, so let's move forward."
