AS Roma plan to test Tottenham's resolve for winger Aaron Lennon.
It was revealed yesterday that Lennon was on Roma's shopping list - though local agents didn't believe he would be interested in a move to Italy.
However, Rome sources last night say Thomas Di Benedetto, Roma's new owner, has already sounded out Spurs about a price for Lennon.
He has been quoted €25 million - which the American deems excessive.
However, that hasn't put him off and he is willing to offer €15 million for Lennon when the market opens next month.
