Ahead of their clash at Bayern Munich, Rijkaard has left Maxi Lopez, Thiago Motta and Santi Ezquerro back in Barcelona.
It's the first time Rijkaard has made such a public show of those players he isn't counting on this term, having taken the trio to Scotland and Asia this summer with the rest of the squad.
