AC Milan midfielder Riccardo Montolivo feels Italy can make history at the Euros.

Cesare Prandelli's side will now take on Germany in the semi-finals on Thursday evening.

"I'm disappointed about the penalty, but we deserved the win," the former Fiorentina captain commented.

"Now we will have to face Germany, we are ready for another battle and to enter the history books."
