Anthony Reveillere is desperate for Sunderland to stay up.
The veteran defender has had to settle for a place on the substitutes' bench in the last two outings.
Reveillere told the Evening Chronicle: "I am not going to lose my head over it.
"It has happened to me before in my career when I have experienced similar situations.
"The most important thing is the team, so you just have to keep training until you are needed, whether that is through the manager's decision or an injury.
"At the moment, you cannot think about yourself, the most important thing above all is the team and keeping Sunderland in the Premier League."
