Figures released by the Premier League show Chelsea top the table of payments to authorised agents, spending more than £13million between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2013.
The Stamford Bridge club spent nearly £6.5million the in the previous year, between October 1, 2011 and September 30, 2012.
