The halftime discussion between Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola and Barcelona star Lionel Messi has been established.

The pair came together at halftime of their Champions League semifinal second-leg clash in Munich.

Sport says Guardiola broke the ice, saying: "I'm glad you're back again Leo."

Messi, looking at the ground, muttered in response: "I never left."

Guardiola then threw his arm around Messi's shoulders and said, "Oh, Leo, you never let up."

The Bayern coach, meanwhile, visited the Barca locker room after the match to congratulate his former players on reaching the Champions League final.
