Manchester United could eventually part with £33 million for new signing Memphis Depay.
PSV Eindhoven sold Depay to United last week.
The People says it is understood that the £25million initial fee rises by up to £8million with add-ons which involve appearance money and success.
United trumped PSG for Depay with a bigger bid last week.
