PSG have smashed Barcelona in their Bosman battle to land Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum.
Off contract at the end of the month, Wijnaldum had been expected to join Barca this summer - particularly after his former Holland coach Ronald Koeman was confirmed for next season last week.
Koeman was eager to bring Wijnaldum to Barca and had tried for the midfielder both last summer and in January.
However, El Chiringuito says PSG blew Barca out of the water with their contract offer to Wijnaldum's minders over the weekend. The proposal was worth more than double Barca's last offer.
And as such, Wijnaldum informed PSG chief Leonardo on Sunday that he was ready to sign terms.
