Liverpool risk losing Javi Manquillo to Barcelona.
El Mundo Deportivo says Manquillo is at Anfield on a two-year loan, with the Reds able to make him a £4.4million permanent signing should parent club Atletico Madrid not qualify for the Champions League.
However, Barcelona also have a first-option on the 20-year-old that was negotiated when David Villa joined Atleti.
This means that the Catalan side would be able to gazump Liverpool by matching their bid.
