Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has called Leonardo Bonucci about a move to England.

Just a year after returning to Juventus from AC Milan, Bonucci could be on the move again, says Corriere dello Sport.

This morning, it's being reported Guardiola has spoken to the veteran defender about joining the Premier League champions this summer.

Guardiola sees the Italy international as the ideal replacement for Vincent Kompany, now player-manager of Anderlecht.

However, Bonucci has asked for time to consider his options, as he and his family have been happy since returning to Turin.
