Bee Taechaubol's consortium will initially take less than a third of AC Milan, it has been revealed.TMW says Bee and Milan president Silvio Berlusconi have agreed on an initial 30 per cent sale of the club. A trigger next season will see another 21 per cent go to Bee's group if Milan win the Scudetto - meaning the Thai will hold a controlling stake.
The preliminary contracts have all been signed.
It's also revealed that should certain targets not be met, Berlusconi will have the option to buy back his sold shares at a competitive rate.
