Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus is set to snub a move to the Premier League.
Reus is a top target for Manchester City.
But the Daily Star says it is claimed he will bide his time at the Westfalenstadion and wait for Barcelona's transfer embargo to expire in two windows time.
Reus was thought to be close to a Catalan switch last summer but Barca's acquisition of Luis Suarez from Liverpool scuppered the deal and the 25-year-old remains hopeful Luis Enrique's side will maintain their interest until January 2016 to make their move.
