Marco Reus has urged Borussia Dortmund teammate Jadon Sancho to resist a move away this summer.
Sancho is a big money target for Manchester United and Chelsea.
But Reus insists there's no reason for the England international to leave at this stage in his career.
"I would advise him to stay at BVB for another, maybe two years," Reus told BILD.
"From my point of view, there is currently nothing better for him. Then he can take the big step - as an even more complete player who can continue to develop with us as an absolute regular player."
Reus is certain that Sancho's market value will continue to increase.
“With a new club, he would first have to find his place, which is not always easy for a 20-year-old. What do you think, how interesting Jadon will be for the biggest clubs in the world after one, two or three years of further development with us?"
