Rennes are eyeing Roma midfielder Nemanja Matic.

The veteran Serb only moved to Roma a year ago from Manchester United.

But he could be on the move again with Rennes keen.

The Ligue 1 club are in the market for a holding midfielder and have Matic on a shortlist of candidates.

Matic, 35, has 12 months on his current Roma deal with another year's option.
