Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is entering talks with chairman Daniel Levy unsure of his position. The Daily Mail says the club refusing to offer him a new contract in a tactic to try to force him out.
A tense relationship between Redknapp and chairman Levy has reached breaking point and a severance package is likely to be discussed when they meet alone for the first time this summer. Levy will try to avoid paying the last year of his contract, worth around £3million.
Last night Redknapp said it is 'scandalous' to suggest he has resigned already.
Last night, a source close to the manager said he had 'no idea' what would happen at the meeting and was going in with an open mind.
